Phil is an engineer working in the surveillance system installation industry. Installers like him need to test cameras in the field on a regular basis. He was seeking a convenient and cost-effective way to test the IP cameras.

We figured out the core of Phil’s problem was that he badly needed a mini two-port PoE switch.

With this, you can have a camera and a laptop to see and adjust the camera. By the way, it’s completely safe for the computer even though the computer is a non-PoE device.

The challenge was that we didn’t actually sell any underwater cameras at that time. So we recommended a well-known underwater camera supplier to serve his needs. However, Jack said he had done his research and found some flaws with those camera. 

Then we had to deal with these customer pain points (not only for Jack but for you guys as well) on our own, which was, manufacturing our own underwater IP cameras.
