2. Our system will send you an email with RMS License code.

3. Go to RMS platform (https://rms.teltonika-networks.com/) and activating RMS License Code.

Click on your account in the right upper corner and a menu will show up.
There, click on Activate Code
You will be redirected to code redeem page
Paste the License Code you've been provided in our email and click Activate
If the code is valid, you will receive status message "Activate operation completed successfully" and resources will be available on the company the user belongs to (can be seen in the account menu under email), to view this quickly simply click on Resource summary and you will see the increase in resources after code activation.

4. Once the RMS License code is activated, it will be credited to your company account. You will then see the number of available Credits or 5-Year Pack increase accordingly.

Using Credits for the Device:
Go to Administration → Companies, select the target device, and enable Service and Auto Extend. The device will then start consuming credits automatically.

Using a 5-Year Pack for the Device:
Manual activation is required. Navigate to Administration → Companies, select the device, click Action → Set Pack, choose the appropriate pack, and then save. The device will then start consuming 5-Year Pack.

Really high quality device.

I gotta say I am very impressed with this device. I couldnt find a feature that was missing for me. Quality construction, the included antennas are pretty good too. Connected by itself after I put in my data sim. 400Mbps down and 39 up on Rogers 5G. Firmware update was seamless and easy. I'm buying another soon to replace my mothers home ADSL Bell nonsense

Works in USA with T-Mobile.

This one works in the USA with T-Mobile and its been working flawlessly for me for the past 3 months. BUT, if you buy anything make by Telktonika, be extremely careful with the product numbers. Maybe their system makes sense to them, but for customers it can be extremely hard to identify what works in the USA vs. elsewhere and with what carriers. i.e. RUTX50 is for Europe, but will actually work with a few but not all T-Mobile frequencies in the USA. And for some reason, this European router is being sold in the US by reputable companies like Digikey. Buyer beware.

Works fine with 5G (where available)

I needed a robust cellular access point for an exhibition in Europe (where cost of leasing a local wired internet was over 500 Euro for 3 days), but at the same time I wanted something to work as a backup here in the States in the case of fiber outage. I had an old Digi 3G device for that purpose, but now 3G is virtually non-existent, so I was looking for something more or less contemporary and universal. It appeared that the 5G band in EU and US are not really aligned, and thus this vendor has two versions -- one for the US and another for the EU. I opted out for the US version, and it appeared, that it worked OK in Europe (Switzerland and Germany), picking 5G in about 50% of the time, and falling back to 4G LTE from time to time. Still the speed was pretty decent. Overall, it is not a consumer hot spot, but if you need something business oriented, well built and functional, this is the one.
