Q.Why is this PoE++ switch not working properly with my PoE++ PD device?

A.

Thank you for your question. The term "PoE++" doesn't have a unified standard and doesn't completely correspond to the IEEE 802.3 bt protocol. All output ports of POE-SW708GM compliant with IEEE 802.3 bt and are also called "PoE++ Switch". Please confirm whether your "PoE++" PD device is also an IEEE 802.3 bt device. If so, they can work well. If not, there may be issues with proper operation.
